About Us

Damiano Orsillo opened his Somerset location in 2005, using his own family recipes brought over from Italy.

Keeping to that tradition, our pizza features a unique crust that crisps on the bottom when baked. We make our own dough and sauce fresh daily, and also offer oven baked subs, homemade paninis and sandwiches, as well as Italian dinners, salads and appetizers. We use only the highest quality ingredients in everything we make.
